Net‐Zero Investment Strategies Need an Absolute Emission Reduction Metric
ABSTRACT The climate crisis calls for rapid absolute reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, requiring significant capital reallocation. In the financial industry, net‐zero investment strategies are mostly guided by relative carbon intensity (CI) metrics rather than absolute GHG emissions.

Porous Carbon Materials for Carbon Dioxide Capture
This work aims to address the current status and challenges associated with the regulation of pore structures, as well as the influence of pore structures on CO2 capture. Systematic quantitative analysis of structure–property relationships, combined with machine learning approaches, can effectively evaluate the contributions of structural ...

Particle emissions from heated tobacco products
This study determines the particle emissions from five heated tobacco products (HTPs).An aethalometer is used for the determination of black carbon (BC) and an aerosol monitor for total particulate matter (PM) concentration and also PM fractions (1, 2.5, 4, and 10 μm) in the mainstream emissions of 5 HTPs: IQOS, LIL, PULZE, ILUMA, and GLO.
