Dynamic contrast enhanced‐magnetic resonance fingerprinting (DCE‐MRF): A new quantitative MRI method to reliably assess tumor vascular perfusion

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 94, Issue 6, Page 2578-2592, December 2025.
Abstract Purpose The clinical utility of conventional DCE‐MRI methods is limited by the use of conventional qualitative dynamic T1‐weighted images, resulting in poor reproducibility. This study presents the initial implementation of a new DCE‐magnetic resonance fingerprinting (DCE‐MRF) methodology to provide reproducible, quantitative assessments of ...

Fast numerical algorithms for solving opposite-bordered tridiagonal Toeplitz linear systems and their applications

open access: yesResults in Applied Mathematics
This paper presents two fast numerical algorithms for solving opposite-bordered tridiagonal Toeplitz linear systems. Both algorithms are designed to solve a system of n equations in linear time.

CHARACTERIZATIONS OF MATRIX-VALUED ASYMMETRIC TRUNCATED TOEPLITZ OPERATORS

open access: yesRocky Mountain Journal of Mathematics
We characterize matrix-valued asymmetric truncated Toeplitz operators (which are compressions of multiplication operators acting between two possibly different model spaces) by using compressed shifts, modified compressed shifts and shift invariance.

Digital Signal Processing (DSP)-Oriented Reduced-Complexity Algorithms for Calculating Matrix–Vector Products with Small-Order Toeplitz Matrices

open access: yesSignals
Toeplitz matrix–vector products are used in many digital signal processing applications. Direct methods for calculating such products require N2 multiplications and N(N−1) additions, where N denotes the order of the Toeplitz matrix.

On Toeplitz and Kronecker structured covariance matrix estimation

open access: yes2010 IEEE Sensor Array and Multichannel Signal Processing Workshop, 2010
A number of signal processing applications require the estimation of covariance matrices. Sometimes, the particular scenario or system imparts a certain theoretical structure on the matrices that are to be estimated. Using this knowledge allows the design of algorithms exploiting such structure, resulting in more robust and accurate estimators ...

Speeding up Curve25519 using Toeplitz Matrix-vector Multiplication

open access: yesProceedings of the Fifth Workshop on Cryptography and Security in Computing Systems, 2018
This paper proposes a new multiplication algorithm over F2255_19 where the de-facto standard Curve25519 [2] algorithm is based on. Our algorithm for the underlying finite field multiplication exploits the Toeplitz matrix-vector multiplication and achieves salient results.
