Inocybe alboaurantiaca (Inocybaceae), a new species from Asia
A new Inocybe (Inocybaceae) species, Inocybe alboaurantiaca, is described and illustrated from Asia (Japan and Pakistan), based on morphological and phylogenetic analyses of the nrITS and nrLSU regions. Phylogenetically, the most closely related sequences belong to the current mainstream European concept of Inocybe fibrosa.

A 15‐Year Time Series Shows Major Declines in Whale Sharks in Southern Mozambique
ABSTRACT A 15‐year dataset (2005–2019) of 706 photo‐identified whale sharks (Rhincodon typus) off Praia do Tofo in Mozambique allowed us to assess the local abundance trend, and size‐ and sex‐specific sighting and abundance trends, using both generalised additive models and capture–mark–recapture models.

Here, we demonstrate that the highly specific sodium‐glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor (SGLT2I) prevented the progression of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)‐related renal injury in a medaka fish model of NASH‐related kidney disease. SGLT2I ameliorates oxidative stress and macrophage accumulation and maintained mitochondrial function in renal ...

To enhance the performance of the flux observer in mitigating DC bias and high‐order harmonics, this study introduces a fourth‐ordered flux observer (FOIFFO). Theoretical analysis demonstrates that the FOIFFO exhibits robust attenuation capabilities towards DC bias and harmonics, thereby preventing motor parameter mismatch and additional interference ...
