Occlusal caries is visualized using non‐ionizing imaging techniques, including polarization‐sensitive OCT (PS‐OCT). The image collection captures different stages of lesion development and supports the interpretation of optical signals by comparison with histology.

This study demonstrates that Biodentine XP exhibits superior cytocompatibility, promotes odontogenic differentiation, and enhances mineralization in human dental pulp stem cells, supporting its use in regenerative endodontics. Abstract Background Allografts and xenografts are viable options for alveolar ridge preservation. This study evaluated histologic wound healing when using demineralized freeze‐dried bone allograft (DFDBA) alone, in fiber or particulate form, and in combination with xenograft.
