Nuclear mechanical properties are inherently scale‐dependent, arising from a hierarchical architecture that spans DNA, chromatin, the nuclear envelope, and condensates. Experimental techniques and theoretical models are integrated into a cohesive multiscale framework linking nanoscale structural features to organelle‐level mechanical behavior.

Helical Electron Beam Micro‐Bunching by High‐Order Modes in a Micro‐Plasma Waveguide
ABSTRACT Electron acceleration by a high‐power Laguerre‐Gaussian pulse in a micro‐plasma waveguide is investigated. When the incident laser travels in the waveguide, electrons on the wall are extracted into the vacuum core and accelerated by the longitudinal field of the waveguide mode.

To overcome severe signal oscillation under extreme impact conditions, this work presents a Sensing‐in‐Energy microdevice which integrates a MEMS inertial structure directly within a supercapacitor electrolyte cavity. Utilizing shock‐driven transient contact and electrolyte damping for signal self‐filtering, it achieves weak‐oscillation, large ...

Topological Quantization in Field Topology Theory
We propose that quantum discreteness and fermion statistics are not axiomatic impositions but geometric necessities emerging from the topology of the space of Lorentzian metrics. By analysing the fundamental group π₁(ℝP³) = ℤ₂, we apply the Finkelstein-Rubinstein theorem to derive half-integer spin and fermionic exchange statistics from first ...

Topological Quantum Field Theories from Compact Lie Groups
It is a long-standing question to extend the definition of 3-dimensional Chern-Simons theory to one which associates values to 1-manifolds with boundary and to 0-manifolds. We provide a solution in case the gauge group is a torus.

Decoding Spatial Heterogeneity and Multi‐Omics Regulation with Hierarchical Graph Learning
ABSTRACT Recent advances in spatial multi‐omics technologies have enabled the simultaneous profiling of multiple molecular layers within the same tissue slice, providing unprecedented opportunities to investigate tissue spatial organization. However, most existing computational methods identify spatial domains in a purely data‐driven manner, rarely ...

Construction of Two-Dimensional Topological Field Theories
In this thesis I thoroughly review the construction of topological quantum field theories (TQFT), with particular emphasis on the two dimensional examples. In the first part of the thesis, we consider the mathematical foundations of TQFT's by introducing
