Extracting core elements of Topological Functioning Model (TFM) from use case scenarios requires processing of both structure and natural language constructs in use case step descriptions. The processing steps are discussed in the present paper. Analysis

Implementing a Topological Functioning Model Tool
This paper recognizes the computation independent nature of a Topological Functioning Model (TFM) and suggests it to be used as the Computation Independent Model (CIM) within Model Driven Architecture (MDA). To step towards the completeness of MDA and enable the automation of system analysis the Topological Functioning Model for Model Driven ...

The Functional Plausibility of Topologically Extended Models of RBMs as Hippocampal Models
Abstract The hippocampus has distinctive functional and structural properties. In this research, we utilize Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBMs) based models inspired by distinctive structures found in hippocampus; neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus (DG) and recurrent connections in CA3.

Quiver matrix model and topological partition function in six dimensions [PDF]
We consider a topological quiver matrix model which is expected to give a dual description of the instanton dynamics of topological U(N) gauge theory on D6 branes. The model is a higher dimensional analogue of the ADHM matrix model that leads to Nekrasov's partition function.

Local stability properties of complex, species‐rich soil food webs with functional block structure
Ecologists have long debated the properties that confer stability to complex, species‐rich ecological networks. Species‐level soil food webs are large and structured networks of central importance to ecosystem functioning.

Brain network reorganization after targeted attack at a hub region
The architecture of brain networks has been extensively studied in multiple species. However, exactly how the brain network reconfigures when a local region, particularly a hub region, stops functioning remains elusive.

Function-topological model of urban space sectoral zoning [PDF]
This study supplements the function-topological model of analysis of city organization and development with a sectoral model of administrative-territorial division. The function-topological model allows revealing unique features of objects of the same profile, located in different space sectors.
