Classification of Cipher Text by Clustering of S-Topological Rough Group

open access: yesIEEE Access
Rough set theory provides valuable tools for handling and analyzing ciphertext, making it a prominent asset in cryptographic applications. Its ability to manage uncertainty and reduce complexity can enhance various aspects of ciphertext management, from ...

Lattice of compactifications of a topological group [PDF]

open access: yesCategories and General Algebraic Structures with Applications, 2019
We show that the lattice of compactifications of a topological group $G$ is a complete lattice which is isomorphic to the lattice of all closed normal subgroups of the Bohr compactification $bG$ of $G$.

Topologies induced by group actions [PDF]

open access: yesTopology and its Applications (189), 136-146, 2015, 2014
We introduce some canonical topologies induced by actions of topological groups on groups and rings. For $H$ being a group [or a ring] and $G$ a topological group acting on $H$ as automorphisms, we describe the finest group [ring] topology on $H$ under which the action of $G$ on $H$ is continuous.

(L)-Semigroup Sums

open access: yesAxioms, 2018
An (L)-semigroup S is a compact n-manifold with connected boundary B together with a monoid structure on S such that B is a subsemigroup of S. The sum S + T of two (L)-semigroups S and T having boundary B is the quotient space obtained from the ...

The topological fundamental group and free topological groups [PDF]

open access: yesTopology Appl. 158 (2011) 779-802, 2010
The topological fundamental group $\pi_{1}^{top}$ is a homotopy invariant finer than the usual fundamental group. It assigns to each space a quasitopological group and is discrete on spaces which admit universal covers. For an arbitrary space $X$, we compute the topological fundamental group of the suspension space $\Sigma(X_+)$ and find that $\pi_{1}^{

Beyond Global Mechanical Properties: Bioinspired Triply‐Periodic Minimal Surface Cellular Solids for Efficient Mechanical Design and Optimization

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Using novel probe‐based metrics, this study evaluates lattice structures on criteria critical to cellular solid optimization. Triply‐periodic minimal surface (TPMS) lattices outperform other lattices, offering more predictable mechanical behavior in complex design spaces and, as a result, higher performance in optimized models.

Consolidate Overview of Ribonucleic Acid Molecular Dynamics: From Molecular Movements to Material Innovations

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Molecular dynamics simulations are advancing the study of ribonucleic acid (RNA) and RNA‐conjugated molecules. These developments include improvements in force fields, long‐timescale dynamics, and coarse‐grained models, addressing limitations and refining methods.

Some Analogues of Topological Groups

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae - General Algebra and Applications, 2021
Let (G, ∗) be a group and τ be a topology on G. Let τα = {A ⊆G : A ⊆ Int(Cl(Int(A)))}, g ∗ τ = {g ∗ A : A ∈ τ} for g ∈ G. In this paper, we establish two relations between G and τ under which it follows that g ∗ τ ⊆ τα and g ∗ τα ⊆ τα, designate them by ...

Geometry‐Assisted Phase Selection: Interplay of Phase Heterogeneity and Geometry in Gyroid Shell Metamaterials Printed with 17‐4 PH Stainless Steel

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study explores geometry‐driven phase evolution in gyroid shell metamaterials made via laser powder bed fusion of 17‐4 precipitation hardened stainless steel. Locally hardened regions develop along the primary loading paths in the structure, which finite element analysis and geometric considerations link to enhanced gyroid strength.

Fréchet-Urysohn fans in free topological groups [PDF]

open access: yesJ. Pure Appl. Algebra 212:9 (2008), 2105-2114., 2008
In this paper we answer the question of T. Banakh and M. Zarichnyi constructing a copy of the Fr\'echet-Urysohn fan $S_\w$ in a topological group $G$ admitting a functorial embedding $[0,1]\subset G$. The latter means that each autohomeomorphism of $[0,1]$ extends to a continuous homomorphism of $G$.
