Introduction Cognitive impairment is frequently observed in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM), and this condition worsens in those with diabetic kidney disease (DKD). However, the precise neural mechanisms involved are still not fully understood.

Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

Single‐cell longitudinal profiling reveals that androgen‐deprivation therapy induces a DPT+ fibroblast‐complement axis that suppresses macrophage inflammation and drives CD8+ T cell exhaustion in prostate cancer. Concurrently, resistant epithelial subpopulations persist and engage TSPAN1‐ and NRXN1‐mediated programs promoting CRPC and neuroendocrine ...

Comparative genomics of Gondwana‐diverged Pila and Pomacea reveals parallel evolution of aerial oviposition. Convergent chromosomal rearrangements reshape regulatory landscapes within topologically associating domains. Lineage‐specific gene family expansions and viral‐derived perivitelline proteins (PV1) underpin desiccation resistance.

Functorial methods in the theory of group representations I [PDF]
We introduce a candidate for the group algebra of a Hausdorff group which plays the same role as the group algebra of a finite group. It allows to define a natural bijection between k-continuous representations of the group in a Hilbert space and ...

FGL2‐HDAC11 Drives Immunothrombosis via NETs‐Mediated Endothelial Capillarization in MASLD Fibrosis
ABSTRACT Metabolic dysfunction–associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is frequently accompanied by hepatic fibrosis and systemic cardiovascular complications; however, the mechanistic interplay between coagulation abnormalities and disease progression remains poorly defined.

On the representability of actions for topological algebras [PDF]
The actions of a group B on a group X correspond bijectively to the group homomorphisms B ⟶ Aut(X), proving that the functor “actions on X” is representable by the group of automorphisms of X.

ML Workflows for Screening Degradation‐Relevant Properties of Forever Chemicals
The environmental persistence of per‐ and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) necessitates efficient remediation strategies. This study presents physics‐informed machine learning workflows that accurately predict critical degradation properties, including bond dissociation energies and polarizability.
