Computational Modeling of Reticular Materials: The Past, the Present, and the Future
Reticular materials are advanced materials with applications in emerging technologies. A thorough understanding of material properties at operating conditions is critical to accelerate the deployment at an industrial scale. Herein, the status of computational modeling of reticular materials is reviewed, supplemented with topical examples highlighting ...

Directed bases with net convergence [PDF]
The concept of a basis having a sequence of elements in a topological vector space is extended to a concept of a directed basis having a net of elements in a topological vector space.

Topological Quasilinear Spaces
We introduce, in this work, the notion of topological quasilinear spaces as a generalization of the notion of normed quasilinear spaces defined by Aseev (1986). He introduced a kind of the concept of a quasilinear spaces both including a classical linear

Twisted Hilbert spaces of 3d supersymmetric gauge theories
We study aspects of 3d N=2 $$ \mathcal{N}=2 $$ supersymmetric gauge theories on the product of a line and a Riemann surface. Performing a topological twist along the Riemann surface leads to an effective supersymmetric quantum mechanics on the line.

Heterostructures have emerged as advanced electrocatalysts to convert earth‐abundant simple molecules into high‐value‐added products. On the basis of atomistic understanding to accelerate the electrochemical processes, the architecture of heterostructured electrocatalysts is comprehensively discussed from the point of view of modulating electronic ...

The space of Boehmians with Δ-convergence is a complete topological vector space in which the topology is induced by an invariant metric. We show that the dual space of the space of periodic Boehmians can be identified with the class of trigonometric ...

Synthetic Active Liquid Crystals Powered by Acoustic Waves
A fully synthetic active liquid crystal, energized by an acoustic field, is presented. This system exhibits active nematic behavior, tunable topological defect dynamics, and persistent hydrodynamic vortices at high activity levels. The material maintains stable properties while enabling precise activity control in a wide range.

Massless Dirac Fermions on a Space‐Time Lattice with a Topologically Protected Dirac Cone
Fermion doubling is a lattice artefact that appears if one discretizes the Dirac equation of massless electrons. One can work around this obstacle by replacing the linear dispersion by a sawtooth. Here it is shown that this method opens a gap at the Dirac point of the band structure.

Fixed Point in Topological Vector Space-Valued Cone Metric Spaces
We obtain common fixed points of a pair of mappings satisfying a generalized contractive type condition in TVS-valued cone metric spaces. Our results generalize some well-known recent results in the literature.

1D Magnetic Topological Inorganic Electrides
A series of 1D stable magnetic inorganic electrides are identified by high throughput screening and experimental synthesis. Furthermore, these 1D inorganic electrides exhibit various applications, including spintronics, topological electronics, low work function, electron emission, and high‐performance catalysts for NH3 reductions.
