Nucleosomal DNA has topological memory
One elusive aspect of the chromosome architecture is how it constrains the DNA topology. Nucleosomes stabilise negative DNA supercoils by restraining a DNA linking number difference (∆Lk) of about −1.26.

Uniformly convex metric spaces
In this paper the theory of uniformly convex metric spaces is developed. These spaces exhibit a generalized convexity of the metric from a fixed point.

Topology Control for Maintaining Network Connectivity and Maximizing Network Capacity Under the Physical Model [PDF]
In this paper we study the issue of topology control under the physical Signal-to-Interference-Noise-Ratio (SINR) model, with the objective of maximizing network capacity.

The Riemannian L^2 topology on the manifold of Riemannian metrics
We study the manifold of all Riemannian metrics over a closed, finite-dimensional manifold. In particular, we investigate the topology on the manifold of metrics induced by the distance function of the L^2 Riemannian metric - so called because it induces

Large Sets in Boolean and Non-Boolean Groups and Topology
Various notions of large sets in groups, including the classical notions of thick, syndetic, and piecewise syndetic sets and the new notion of vast sets in groups, are studied with emphasis on the interplay between such sets in Boolean groups.
