Functional Precision Oncology Approach Using Nanoliter Droplet Array for Drug Sensitivity Testing in Lung Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, Volume 15, Issue 24, 25 June 2026.
A miniaturized drug sensitivity and resistance testing (DSRT) workflow based on the Droplet Microarray (DMA) platform enables functional drug testing using minimal patient‐derived tumor material. By screening nanoliter‐scale droplets containing as few as 300 cells, this approach generates reproducible and tumor‐specific drug response profiles ...

Determination of Topotecan by ELISA.

open access: yesBiological and Pharmaceutical Bulletin, 2001
A highly sensitive ELISA for the determination of (s)-9-dimethylaminomethyl-10-hydroxy-camptothecin (topotecan) capable of measuring as low as 80 pg/ml was developed. Anti-topotecan antibody was obtained by immunizing rabbits with topotecan conjugated with bovine serum albumin using diazotized m-aminobenzoic acid as a cross-linker.

Mathematical models characterising the kinetics and dynamics of topotecan to account for drug resistance mechanisms [PDF]

open access: yes
This thesis describes the use of mathematical modelling in studying the kinetics and dynamics of the anti-cancer agent topotecan (TPT), a semi-synthetic derivative of the natural extract camptothecin (CPT), which has been found to act as an inhibitor ...
