Real‐world prevalence of PD‐L1 positivity in early‐stage/metastatic triple‐negative breast cancer: primary results and pathology insights from the global retrospective observational VANESSA study

open access: yesHistopathology, Volume 88, Issue 7, Page 1373-1384, June 2026.
In the real‐world VANESSA study in triple‐negative breast cancer, PD‐L1‐positive prevalence was 38% in early‐stage and 20% in metastatic tumours, lower than in prospective trials. Milestones, revisited: Iterative and nonlinear identity development in Gen‐Z

open access: yesJournal of Research on Adolescence, Volume 36, Issue 2, June 2026.
Abstract This study examined how sexual and gender identity development experiences, commonly operationalized as “milestones,” were navigated by Gen‐Z LGBTQ+ young people. Using a life‐history calendar approach, milestone‐related experiences were treated as heuristic sites of meaning‐making rather than fixed developmental benchmarks.
