Desktop vacuum thermoforming enables rapid, low‐cost fabrication of 96‐channel polystyrene culture chips with very thin imaging interfaces. The resulting platform supports cell lines, primary cells, and patient‐derived organoids, and enables high‐resolution confocal microscopy and single‐cell visualization, providing an accessible approach for advanced

Record High March 2024 Arctic Total Column Ozone
Abstract Observations of March 2024 Arctic (63°N–90°N) total column ozone set a record high of 477 Dobson Units (DU) against the 1979–2023 satellite era time series. It was about 60 DU higher than average and 6 DU higher than the previous March 1979 471 DU record.

Role of Lewis acid sites of ZSM-5 zeolite on gaseous ozone abatement [PDF]
In this work, chemical interactions between ozone and zeolite surface active sites are studied in order to propose a process for gaseous ozone removal.

Rational engineering of terminal substituents in symmetric azobenzene‐based molecules enables precise control over conformationally coupled charge‐transfer processes. This design yields tunable nonvolatile resistive memory behaviors, ranging from write‐once‐read‐many‐times (WORM) to rewritable switching.

Does total column ozone change during a solar eclipse? [PDF]
Several publications have reported that total column ozone (TCO) may oscillate with an amplitude of up to 10 DU (Dobson units) during a solar eclipse, whereas other researchers have not seen evidence that an eclipse leads to variations in TCO beyond the ...

A more representative “best representative value” for daily total column ozone reporting [PDF]
Long-term trends of total column ozone (TCO), assessments of stratospheric ozone recovery, and satellite validation are underpinned by a reliance on daily best representative values from Brewer spectrophotometers and other ground-based ozone ...

Combining template stripping with a graphene‐inspired transfer yields continuous, transferable gold films at 6‐inch wafer scale with thicknesses approaching the atomic limit. The atomically smooth, near‐bulk‐quality films offer above 86% transmittance and sub‐20 Ω/square sheet resistance, serving as a universal platform for flexible optoelectronics ...

Are there urban signatures in the tropospheric ozone column products derived from satellite measurements? [PDF]
In view of the proposed geostationary satellite missions to monitor air quality from space, it is important to first assess the capability of the current suite of satellite instruments to provide information on the urban scale pollution.
