Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

An edge e ev-dominates a vertex v which is a vertex of e, as well as every vertex adjacent to v. A subset D ⊆ E is an edge-vertex dominating set (in simply, ev-dominating set) of G, if every vertex of a graph G is ev-dominated by at least one edge of D ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Independent and total domination in antiprism graphs from convex polytopes
Let [Formula: see text] be a connected graph. Antiprism graphs, defined as the skeletons of antiprism-shaped convex polytopes, consist of [Formula: see text] vertices and [Formula: see text] edges for an n-sided base.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Upper Bounds on the Total Domination Number
A total dominating set of a graph G with no isolated vertex is a set S of vertices of G such that every vertex is adjacent to a vertex in S. The total domination number of G is the minimum cardinality of a total dominating set in G.

Total roman domination in digraphs
Let D be a nite and simple digraph with vertex set V (D). A Roman dominating function (RDF) on a digraph D is a function f : V (D) → {0; 1; 2} satisfying the condition that every vertex v with f(v) = 0 has an in-neighbor u with f(u) = 2. The weight of an

Domination and Total Domination in Hypergraphs
A dominating set in a hypergraph H with vertex set V (H) and E(H) is a subset of vertices D ⊆ V (H) such that for every vertex v ∈ V (H) ∖ D, there exists an edge e ∈ E(H) for which v ∈ e and e ∩ D≠∅.
