Generalized Fractional Total Colorings of Complete Graph

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae Graph Theory, 2013
An additive and hereditary property of graphs is a class of simple graphs which is closed under unions, subgraphs and isomorphism. Let P and Q be two additive and hereditary graph properties and let r, s be integers such that r ≥ s Then an fractional (P,

PARP inhibition and pharmacological ascorbate demonstrate synergy in castration‐resistant prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

Total Domination in Uniform Single Valued Neutrosophic Graph [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems
In graph theory, the neutrosophic graph is a new extension of the intuitionistic fuzzy graph and fuzzy graph. It offers greater accuracy and flexibility in scheduling and implementing numerous real-life issues. The introduction of neutrosophic graphs has

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Total Domination Multisubdivision Number of a Graph

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae Graph Theory, 2015
The domination multisubdivision number of a nonempty graph G was defined in [3] as the minimum positive integer k such that there exists an edge which must be subdivided k times to increase the domination number of G.

Total Roman Domination Number of Rooted Product Graphs

open access: yesMathematics, 2020
Let G be a graph with no isolated vertex and f:V(G)→{0,1,2} a function. If f satisfies that every vertex in the set {v∈V(G):f(v)=0} is adjacent to at least one vertex in the set {v∈V(G):f(v)=2}, and if the subgraph induced by the set {v∈V(G):f(v)≥1} has ...

Totally antimagic total graphs

open access: yes, 2015
For a graph G a bijection from the vertex set and the edge set of G to the set {1, 2, ., |V(G)| + |E(G)|} is called a total labeling of G. The edge-weight of an edge is the sum of the label of the edge and the labels of the end vertices of that edge.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

The total zero-divisor graph of commutative rings

open access: yes, 2018
In this paper we initiate the study of the total zero-divisor graphs over commutative rings with unity. These graphs are constructed by both relations that arise from the zero-divisor graph and from the total graph of a ring.

Infrared laser sampling of low volumes combined with shotgun lipidomics reveals lipid markers in palatine tonsil carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.
