Robot‐assisted partial TKA enables precise osteotomy, balanced gap restoration, and excellent clinical and radiological outcomes. As robotic platforms continue to advance and clinical evidence accumulates, this technology demonstrates significant promise for improving the outcomes of complex partial knee revision procedures.

Long‐term metformin use in T2DM patients undergoing TKA significantly reduced postoperative inflammation and pain. On postoperative day 3, CRP, IL‐6, ESR, D‐dimer levels and VAS scores were markedly lower in the metformin group, suggesting potential perioperative anti‐inflammatory and analgesic benefits.
