Screen Semi-Invariant Lightlike Hypersurfaces on Hermite-Like Manifolds

open access: yesJournal of New Theory, 2023
Hermite-like manifolds, which admit two different, almost complex structures, can be considered a general concept of Hermitian manifolds. Factoring in the effects of these two complex structures on the radical, screen, and transversal spaces, a new ...

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Light‐Assisted 3D Printing Techniques and Photocrosslinking Strategies: Recent Advances in Musculoskeletal Tissue Engineering

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
In this review, the current state of light‐assisted 3D printing as it pertains to engineering musculoskeletal tissues including bone, cartilage, skeletal muscle, tendon, and ligaments is summarized. Common printing techniques, photoreactive materials, and study design choices are compiled and reviewed.

On the three-dimensional CR-submanifolds of the six-dimensional sphere

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1991
We show that the six-dimensional sphere does not admit three-dimensionel totally umbilical proper CR-submanifolds.

A Systematic Study of GelMA‐Carbopol Bioinks for High‐Fidelity Extrusion 3D Bioprinting at Physiological Temperatures

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Gonzalez Martinez and collaborators develop a strategy to formulate high performance GelMA‐based bioinks with low solids contents. The resulting bioinks enable 3D bioprinting at 37 °C of high‐fidelity structures with tunable mechanical properties that support high cell viability and function.

A note on a totally umbilical proper slant submanifold of a nearly Kaehler manifold

open access: yesKuwait Journal of Science, 2013
In this paper, we study totally umbilical proper slant submanifolds of a nearly Kaehler manifold. We prove that every totally umbilical proper slant submanifold of a nearly Kaehler manifold is totally geodesic.

Tomographic Printing in a Chip: A Versatile Platform for Biomimetic 3D Organ‐on‐Chip

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A novel light‐based bioprinting approach, TVAM‐in‐a‐chip, enables rapid, contactless fabrication of biomimetic 3D organ‐on‐chip devices directly within preassembled microfluidic platforms. This strategy supports diverse materials, including cell‐laden resins, and eliminates post‐assembly steps.

Geometrical Analysis on Submanifolds in Riemannian Manifolds Attached with Silver Structure

open access: yesAxioms
In this paper, we analyze a silver Riemannian structure on a Riemannian manifold. We compute some fundamental properties of the induced structure on submanifolds immersed in a silver Riemannian manifold and also obtain some results for induced structures

Spacelike submanifolds with parallel mean curvature vector in a de Sitter space S q n + p ( c ) $S^{n+p}_{q}(c)$

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2020
Spacelike submanifolds usually appear in the study of questions related to causality in general relativity. In this paper, we study an n-dimensional spacelike submanifold in ( n + p ) $(n + p)$ -dimensional connected de Sitter space S q n + p ( c ) $S^{n+

Total endoscopic sublay mesh repair for umbilical hernias

open access: yesMedicine, 2021
Abstract Umbilical hernias constitute some of the most common surgical diseases addressed by surgeons. Endoscopic techniques have become standard of care together with the conventional open techniques for the treatment of umbilical hernias. Several different approaches were described to achieve laparoscopic sublay repair.
