DOT1L as a central epigenetic regulator of EndoMT and pulmonary fibrosis. Acting as an early epigenetic switch, it translates TGFβ–SMAD signaling into H3K79me2‐mediated chromatin remodeling, selectively activates fibrosis‐related genes, and primes ECs for rapid mesenchymal transition.

TOTALLY UMBILICAL CR-SUBMANIFOLDS OF A NEARLY KAEHLER MANIFOLD
The geometry of a CR-submanifold in a Kaehler manifold has been extensively studied. B.Y . Chen has classified the totally umbilical CR-submanifolds of a Kaehler manifold and showed that they are either totally geodesic, or totally real or dim$(D^{\perp}) =1$. In this paper we show that such a result is also true in a nearly Kaehler manifold.

Nitrosyl heme emerges as an extracellular nitrodilator that dilates arteries without crossing the cell membrane. Instead, heme‐NO mobilizes NO moieties from a preformed intracellular NO store within vascular smooth muscle, providing both functional and chemical evidence for the NANOS model, revealing a previously unrecognized mechanism of arterial ...

CD4+ Tregs Drive Post‐Ischemic Sprouting Angiogenesis via Endothelial YY1/MAML1 Reactivation
ABSTRACT Microvascular complications of diabetes are chronic diseases of small vessels. We previously found that CD4+ regulatory T‐cells (Tregs) are markedly reduced in type 2 diabetes (T2D) after ischemic injury in both mice and humans, and that Treg deficiency in immunodeficient mice impairs vascular regeneration.

In this paper, we examine torse-forming vector fields to characterize extrinsic spheres (that is, totally umbilical hypersurfaces with nonzero constant mean curvatures) in Riemannian and Lorentzian manifolds.

Noninvariant Hypersurfaces of a Nearly Trans-Sasakian Manifolds
The present paper focuses on the study of noninvariant hypersurfaces of a nearly trans-Sasakian manifold equipped with (f,g,u,v,λ)-structure. Initially some properties of this structure have been discussed.

The 3D culture of human adipose‐derived stem cells (hADSCs) on a crosslinked cyclosiloxane‐based poly‐Z matrix platform enables the formation of spheroid structures enriched with extracellular matrix (ECM). These ECM‐enriched hADSC spheroids cultured on poly‐Z exhibit enhanced differentiation potential, immunomodulatory capacity, and in vivo ...

Conformal quasi-hemi-slant $\xi^{\perp}$-Riemannian submersions from Sasakian manifolds [PDF]
We introduce some geometric properties of a horizontally conformal quasi-hemi-slant Riemannian submersion from a Sasakian manifold, normal to the characteristic vector field, supported by an example.

Combating VEGFA‐siRNA‐Induced Metabolic Reprogramming via Glucose Utilization Deprivation
An ionizable lipid nanoparticle co‐delivers VEGFA siRNA and glucose oxidase to tumors to counteract VEGFA knockdown‐induced, glutamine‐driven metabolic compensation. Enzymatic glucose consumption reverses the adaptive pathways and restores metabolism toward baseline, thereby sensitizing tumors to therapy.

Spectral characterization and Schrödinger operator of space-like submanifolds
In this paper, we would like to study space-like submanifolds in a de Sitter spaces Spn+p(1). We define and discuss three Schrödinger operators LH, LR, LR/H and obtain some spectral characterizations of totally umbilical space-like submanifolds in terms ...
