Tourism is the major industry in the Huangshan city. This paper examines time series of tourism to Huangshan from 1979 to 2004. The yearly data set comprises the total arrivals of tourists and total income. A mathematical model which is based on the polynomial approximation and radial basis function is set up to model the tourist flow.
