Exploring Tourist Satisfaction and Destination Loyalty
2019The study of tourists’ satisfaction and loyalty is a very fruitful area of research. In this chapter we get deeper insight on the determinants of tourists’ satisfaction and loyalty behaviour, and how both variables influence each other. With this objective, we estimate two main equations employing survey data on five Spanish destinations.
