甘肃陇南不同品种油橄榄叶化学成分系统表征 及抗氧化活性研究Systematic characterization and antioxidant activity study of chemical components in different varieties of olive leaves from Longnan, Gansu

为了更好地开发利用油橄榄叶,采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱和超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆/复合线性离子阱质谱分析技术分别定性定量分析甘肃陇南不同品种油橄榄叶提取物中的化学成分,并考察其体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:从甘肃陇南油橄榄叶提取物中主要鉴定了73个化学成分,其中萜类38个、黄酮类16个、苯乙醇类7个、挥发油类5个、脂肪酸类2个、苯甲酸类1个、苯丙素类1个、其他类3个;不同品种27批油橄榄叶提取物中的11个化学成分总含量存在一定差异,陇南武都和礼县的油橄榄叶提取物中11个化学成分总含量分别为1 ...

为了促进核桃油的开发和利用,以核桃仁出油率为指标,采用单因素试验和响应面试验优化低温螺旋压榨核桃油的工艺条件(核桃仁含水量、榨头温度、出渣孔径),并在最优条件下对不同品种核桃油的脂肪酸组成和活性成分进行分析。结果表明:在出渣孔径12 mm、核桃仁含水量6%、榨头温度100 ℃条件下,核桃仁出油率最高,达57.63%;最优条件下压榨所得的新疆纸皮核桃油、美国山核桃油和临安山核桃油的不饱和脂肪酸含量均超过90%,其中油酸含量为18.08%~63.44%,亚油酸含量为26.63%~60.96%,α ...

紫外-LiCl联合ARTP诱变选育高产花生四烯酸的 高山被孢霉突变株Breeding of Mortierella alpina mutants with high yield of arachidonic acid by UV-LiCl combined with ARTP mutagenesis

为得到遗传性状稳定、高产花生四烯酸(ARA)的高山被孢霉菌株,以实验室保藏的高山被孢霉FD-1为出发菌株,采用紫外-LiCl联合常压室温等离子体(ARTP)技术进行诱变处理,并进行TTC平板初筛和摇瓶发酵复筛。结果表明,经紫外-LiCl联合ARTP诱变处理,获得一株高产ARA的高山被孢霉突变株Z6-A23。菌株Z6-A23所产油脂中ARA含量高达44.57%,ARA产量达3.62 g/L,分别较出发菌株FD-1提高了75.40%和223.21%。经10次传代培养,突变株Z6-A23代谢合成ARA性能稳定,
