Glioblastoma multiforme is the most deadly primary brain tumor and has no effective treatment. Therefore, it is important to identify novel and effective therapies that impede glioma tumorigenesis. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are helpful analytical biomarkers and may be useful targets for treating multiple human cancers.
