Autoimmune Hepatitis: Histopathological Diversity and Its Clinical Implications

open access: yesHepatology Research, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is a chronic inflammatory liver disease characterized by diverse clinical and histological manifestations. Accurate histopathological evaluation plays a critical role in determining disease activity, guiding treatment strategies, and predicting prognosis.

Rehabilitation in Cases of Maxillary Lateral Incisor Agenesis Using Zirconia Implant and Abutment: Finite Element Analysis and Systematic Review

open access: yesJournal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective The use of narrow‐diameter implants has emerged as a strategy to compensate for the reduced bone dimensions of maxillary lateral incisor agenesis (MLIA). This study integrates finite element analysis (FEA) and systematic review (SR) to assess the biomechanical and clinical viability of implant‐supported crowns in MLIA scenarios ...

New information on Late Triassic sauropodomorph dinosaurs provides support for the independent acquisition of postcranial skeletal pneumaticity in avemetatarsalian lineages

open access: yesJournal of Anatomy, EarlyView.
PSP in early‐branching sauropodomorphs probably evolved first in the neural arches of the posterior cervical vertebrae, expanding anteriorly and posteriorly along the vertebral column. The distribution of PSP in Late Triassic early‐branching sauropodomorphs does not appear to be correlated with body size.

Variation in trabecular bone microarchitecture across rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta) load‐bearing joints

open access: yesJournal of Anatomy, EarlyView.
Aging of bone density (BV/TV) is regional: Forelimb [left] elements gain bone sporadically (orange) but hind limb elements [right] lose bone globally (blue). Abstract Globally, human population structure is quickly trending older, increasing the prevalence and systemic burden of age‐related skeletal disorders such as osteoporosis.

Comparison of stress distribution around splinted and nonsplinted implants with different crown height space in posterior mandible: A finite element analysis study

open access: yesJournal of Prosthodontics, EarlyView.
Abstract Purpose The purpose of this finite element analysis (FEA) study was to analyze the stress distribution on prosthetic components of splinted and nonsplinted prostheses, bone, and implants with different crown height space (CHS). Materials and Methods Mandibular posterior segment was modeled with no resorption at the second premolar site and ...
