Strength through diversity: how cancers thrive when clones cooperate
Intratumor heterogeneity can offer direct benefits to the tumor through cooperation between different clones. In this review, Kuiken et al. discuss existing evidence for clonal cooperativity to identify overarching principles, and highlight how novel technological developments could address remaining open questions.

On Skew Centralizing Traces of Permuting n-Additive Mappings
Let R be a ring and D : R n ! R be n-additive mapping. A map d : R ! R is said to be the trace of D if d(x) = D(x;x;:::x) for all x 2 R: Suppose that ; are endomorphisms of R. For any a;b 2 R, let (; )= a (b) + (b)a. In the present paper under certain suitable torsion restrictions it is shown that D = 0 if R satises either (; )= 0, for all x 2 R or (

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

One Bad Apple Spoils the Bunch: Exploiting P2P Applications to Trace and Profile Tor Users [PDF]
Tor is a popular low-latency anonymity network. However, Tor does not protect against the exploitation of an insecure application to reveal the IP address of, or trace, a TCP stream.

On Traces of n-Additive Mappings on Semiprime Ring
Let R be a ring with centre Z(R). In this paper we prove that a nonzero Lie ideal L of a semiprime ring R of characteristic different from (2n-2) is central if it satisfies one of the following: (i)f(xy)∓[x,y]∈Z(R), (ii)f(xy)∓[y,x]∈Z(R), (iii)f(xy)∓xy∈Z(R), (iv)f(xy)∓yx∈Z(R), (v)f([x,y] )∓[x,y]∈Z(R), (vi)f([x,y] )∓[y,x]∈Z(R), (vii)f([x,y] )∓xy∈Z(R ...

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.
