Soft Artificial Ciliary Brush with Integrated Haptic Feedback for Efficient Airway Mucus Cleaning
A fundamental mucus cleaning mechanism is reported, which utilizes both artificial cilia mechanical sweeping and suction‐based mucus cleaning. A novel haptic feedback interface for the artificial cilia provides touch feedback on tissue contact, enhancing operator control and safety.

Benign cervical schwannoma with tracheal invasion [PDF]
Schwannomas commonly develop in the cervical region, 25% – 45% of cases are diagnosed in this anatomical region. Tracheal neurogenic tumors are exceedingly rare and can be misdiagnosed as invasive thyroid carcinomas or other infiltrating malignancies ...

Mediastinal Mass in a Patient with Colorectal Cancer: A Diagnostic Challenge [PDF]
The differential diagnosis of mediastinal masses involves many benign and malignant conditions, such as lymphadenopathies and cystic lesions. Metastatic mediastinal adenopathies are usually due to lung, esophagus, and stomach cancer and, rarely, due to ...

Transcriptome sequencing identified secreted phosphoprotein 1 (SPP1) as a crucial target through which methylophiopogonanone A (MOA) ameliorates pulmonary fibrosis. Molecular docking and microscale thermophoresis (MST) assays confirmed a favorable binding affinity between MOA and SPP1.

High-Throughput Drug Screening Identifies a Potent Wnt Inhibitor that Promotes Airway Basal Stem Cell Homeostasis. [PDF]
Mechanisms underpinning airway epithelial homeostatic maintenance and ways to prevent its dysregulation remain elusive. Herein, we identify that β-catenin phosphorylated at Y489 (p-β-cateninY489) emerges during human squamous lung cancer progression ...

Right Cardiac Intracavitary Metastases from a Primary Intracranial Myxofibrosarcoma [PDF]
Primary intracranial myxofibrosarcoma is exceedingly rare, with less than 10 cases published. We present a case of a 23-year-old man with previous history of a primary low grade myxofibrosarcoma of the left parietal-occipital convexity resected in March ...

ABSTRACT Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) represent the most clinically advanced platform for RNA delivery and have enabled major breakthroughs in vaccines and gene therapies. However, their broader application is still limited by inefficient extrahepatic delivery, immunogenicity, and insufficient control over tissue‐ and cell‐specific targeting. This review

ABSTRACT Hyalinizing clear cell carcinoma (HCCC) of the lung is an exceedingly rare salivary gland‐type neoplasm with limited cytomorphologic description. We report a case highlighting these features. A 3 mm incidental left‐airway lesion enlarged to 7 mm over 5 months, prompting radial endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)‐guided transbronchial biopsy. Touch
