SummaryThe existence of infection with Eimeria cruciata and Eimeria clupearum in horse‐mackerel (Trachurus trachurus, T. mediterraneus and T. picturatus) and sardines (Clupea pilchardus) from the North Aegean Sea (Greece) is reported. The different stages of development of these coccidia were found in the liver of infected fish.E.
