It is a common practice since long to follow the ion track-etching process in thin foils via conductometry, i.e. by measurement of the electrical current which passes through the etched track, once the track breakthrough condition has been achieved.

Precision Tracking Motion Control
2001Among the electric motor drives, permanent magnet linear motors (PMLM) are probably the most naturally akin to applications involving high speed and high precision motion control. The increasingly widespread industrial applications of PMLM in various semiconductor processes, precision metrology and miniature system assembly are self-evident testimonies

Spacecraft attitude tracking control
Proceedings of 1995 American Control Conference - ACC'95, 2005Investigates the properties of some special classes of matrices and, from these properties, the authors find an orthogonal transformation with which the attitude tracking problem can be treated as a regulation problem. In addition, these properties are also used to design the smoothing model-reference sliding-mode control (SMRSMC) law of the spacecraft

Considers some problems in active vision for which techniques in robust control may be very relevant. In particular, we discuss eye tracking problems. We also survey some key ideas from active vision including optical flow and deformable contours.

Tracking Control of Manipulator
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2009Abstract In this paper a neural-net (NN) controller for tracking control of a manipulator is used. A manipulator is a nonlinear object which usually has unknown and changeable parameters. Dynamics equations of a rigid manipulator are presented. A NN controller is used for compensating manipulator's nonlinearities.

The second part of the presentation on E-Tracking Controllability begins with an introduction to the concept of tracking controllability for a single-agent system, where both the cases – the dimension of the state of the agent at each time being infinite and being finite are considered.
