Orthopaedic Surgery, EarlyView.This large, single‐center study provides a comprehensive cross‐sectional overview of cartilage injuries among 25,293 patients who underwent primary knee arthroscopy between 2017 and 2023. We found an overall prevalence of 66.2%, with 26.6% classified as severe (Outerbridge Grade III–IV).
