Self-Organized Criticality and $1/f$ Noise in Traffic
Phantom traffic jams may emerge ``out of nowhere'' from small fluctuations rather than being triggered by large, exceptional events. We show how phantom jams arise in a model of single lane highway traffic, which mimics human driving behavior ...

This study reveals that XBP1s drives production of circTspan3, a circular RNA that strengthens cartilage by boosting anabolic activity and limiting cell death. Phosphorylated ANXA2 directs circTspan3 into exosomes, enabling paracrine repair. Exosomal circTspan3 expands growth‐plate cartilage and promotes in vivo regeneration, highlighting its promise ...

ITGB1 Regulates Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Development by Modulating the Tumor Microenvironment
ABSTRACT Tumorigenesis and metastasis are frequently attributed to the intricate interplay between cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment (TME). Comprehending the mechanisms and key regulators of cancer‐immune crosstalk in the TME is imperative for developing efficacious immunotherapy.

T cell‐specific Socs1 knockout leads to inflammatory differentiation of CD8+ T cells, prompting the STAT1/2 complex to drive the activation of Ccl5, Ccr5, and Cxcr3, and promoting the skewing of monocytes toward a pro‐inflammatory M1 macrophage lineage.

Intelligent traffic light systems using edge flow predictions
In this paper, we propose a novel graph-based semi-supervised learning approach for traffic light management in multiple intersections. Specifically, the basic premise behind our paper is that if we know some of the occupied roads and predict which roads will be congested, we can dynamically change traffic lights at the intersections that are connected

Elevated exogenous palmitic acid promotes the S‐palmitoylation of SRPK1 in endothelial cells, a dynamic process governed by ZDHHC24 and APT1. This post‐translational modification strengthens the interaction between SRPK1 and the E3 ubiquitin ligase MIB1, thereby facilitating the proteasomal degradation of SRPK1.

TRAFFIC FLOW PREDICTION USING MACHINE LEARNING
As a result of the ongoing increase in the number of vehicles, there are increasingly severe traffic bottlenecks. The amount of time and money that users of transportation spend traveling will immediately change as a result. To some extent, this issue can be mitigated by projecting future traffic patterns.

Hungry for Knowledge: Octopamine Signaling Regulates Hunger‐Enhanced Olfactory Learning
Researchers demonstrate that hunger state facilitates both aversive and appetitive olfactory learning. Two distinct octopamine signaling pathways are involved in aversive or appetitive memory formation in the hunger state. And, hunger state also facilitates the formation of both types of memories via an evolutionarily conserved norepinephrine (the ...

A congestion prediction method based on trajectory mining algorithm
Nowadays, number of private cars is increasing rapidly. Traffic congestion becomes a serious problem in urban region. If traffic congestion can be predicted before it happens, it will be helpful for improving traffic condition. So many traffic congestion

Corticosteroids improve the efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade therapy in metastatic murine breast cancer. By normalizing the tumor immune microenvironment, corticosteroids reduce immunosuppressive signals, restore T‐cell function, and promote antitumor immune responses, resulting in enhanced tumor control.
