Rapid and Direct Detection of Methamphetamine in Biofluids using a MXene‐Enabled Electrochemical Sensor

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A MXene‐enhanced electrochemical sensor enables the rapid and direct detection of methamphetamine. Molecular simulations reveal that specific MXene surface functional groups act as key signal amplifiers by facilitating interfacial interactions. The sensor demonstrates high sensitivity and robust performance in complex biological matrices.

Ubiquitination‐Driven Reprogramming of Proteostasis in Metastasis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The DCAF12–TRiC/CCT axis is a key regulator of metastasis in cancer. By reprogramming proteostasis to ensure efficient protein folding, it drives progression through a dual mechanism: enhancing cancer cell motility and invasiveness while concurrently activating pro‐growth and survival pathways.

Traffic prediction for dynamic traffic engineering

Computer Networks, 2015
Traffic engineering with traffic prediction is a promising approach to accommodate time-varying traffic without frequent route changes. In this approach, the routes are decided so as to avoid congestion on the basis of the predicted traffic. However, if the range of variation including temporal traffic changes within the next control interval is not ...

Network Traffic Prediction by Traffic Decomposition

2012 Fifth International Conference on Intelligent Networks and Intelligent Systems, 2012
For the complicated characteristic of network traffic, a prediction algorithm based on traffic decomposition is introduced in this paper. The complex correlation structure of the network history traffic is decomposed according to different protocols and then predicted with wavelet method separately.

Traffic prediction for dynamic traffic engineering considering traffic variation

2013 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM), 2013
Traffic engineering with traffic prediction is one approach to accommodate time-varying traffic without frequent route changes. In this approach, the routes are calculated so as to avoid congestion based on the predicted traffic. The accuracy of the traffic prediction however has large impacts on this approach.

Traffic Coordination Using Aggregation-Based Traffic Predictions

IEEE Intelligent Systems, 2014
A route-guidance system is described, which aggregates information obtained from the drivers participating in the system. Because the data is information related to the future state of the traffic network, the system doesn't require extrapolation from the current traffic network to make predictions about the future state of the traffic network.

Traffic prediction models for Bangkok traffic data

The 8th Electrical Engineering/ Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ECTI) Association of Thailand - Conference 2011, 2011
This Paper presents a prediction model of traffic congestion condition on the roads in Bangkok. The results from our prediction model will be useful for systems related to traffic information. We constructed a model which can achieve 92.1% of accuracy on prediction of the congestion condition in next 30 minutes.

Context-Aware Traffic Prediction: Loss Function Formulation for Predicting Traffic in 5G Networks

ICC 2021 - IEEE International Conference on Communications, 2021
The standard for 5G communication exploits the concept of a network slice, defined as a virtualized subset of the physical resources of the 5G communication infrastructure. As a large number of network slices is deployed over a 5G network, it is necessary to determine the physical resource demand of each network slice, and how it varies over time. This

Urban daytime traffic noise prediction models

Environmental Monitoring and Assessment, 2009
An evaluation was made of the acoustic environment generated by an urban highway using in situ measurements. Based on the data collected, a mathematical model was designed for the main sound levels (L (eq), L (10), L (50), and L (90)) as a function of the correlation between sound levels and between the equivalent sound pressure level and traffic ...
