Researchers have developed a patient‐derived organ‐on‐a‐chip model for pancreatic cancer by integrating cancer cells with supportive stromal and immune cells inside a microfluidic device. This system mimics the tumor microenvironment, enabling personalized testing of chemotherapy and immunotherapy, and offering new insights into how targeting ...

SIMULATION STUDY OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS IN BIDIRECTIONAL TRAFFIC MODELS [PDF]
Conditions for the occurrence of bidirectional collisions are developed based on the Simon–Gutowitz bidirectional traffic model. Three types of dangerous situations can occur in this model. We analyze those corresponding to head-on collision; rear-end collision and lane-changing collision.

PBRM1 ranks as the second most commonly mutated gene in ccRCC. This study reveals that PBRM1 loss promotes an immunosuppressive microenvironment by elevating M2 TAMs via the KDM5C–IL‐6 axis. These M2 TAMs, along with CAFs, form a barrier that excludes CD8+ T cells. Targeting IL‐6 synergizes with anti‐PD1 therapy, offering a promising strategy for PBRM1‐

ITGB1 Regulates Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Development by Modulating the Tumor Microenvironment
ABSTRACT Tumorigenesis and metastasis are frequently attributed to the intricate interplay between cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment (TME). Comprehending the mechanisms and key regulators of cancer‐immune crosstalk in the TME is imperative for developing efficacious immunotherapy.

SYMBIOTIC TRAFFIC SIMULATION FRAMEWORK [PDF]
Real time data from several traffic participants such as smart-phone users and vehicles equipped with GPS devices (taxi and bus fleets) is potentially available in the form of a continuous data stream in several mega cities. This real time data can be augmented with that from the traditional sensors for the implementation of several advanced traffic ...

Elevated exogenous palmitic acid promotes the S‐palmitoylation of SRPK1 in endothelial cells, a dynamic process governed by ZDHHC24 and APT1. This post‐translational modification strengthens the interaction between SRPK1 and the E3 ubiquitin ligase MIB1, thereby facilitating the proteasomal degradation of SRPK1.
