Hollow Cu2O Nanozymes Enhance Probiotic Therapy for Colitis via Redox Homeostasis and TXNIP/NLRP3 Inflammasome Inhibition

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Hollow cuprous oxide (H‐Cu2O) nanozymes feature enlarged catalytic surfaces for superior reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging. By efficiently neutralizing mucosal ROS, H‐Cu2O directly suppresses the TXNIP/NLRP3 inflammasome axis and restores intestinal epithelial barrier integrity.

A Programmable Calcification Nanoplatform for Loco‐Regional Calcification‐Immune Hepatocellular Carcinoma Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An in situ‐grown BP‐CaO2 nanoplatform supplies coordinated Ca2+, endogenous phosphate, and oxidative stress to convert tumor calcification from a passive endpoint into an active immune‐remodeling process. Widespread hydroxyapatite deposition is visualized by CT, while multi‐omics reveals MCOLN2 as a calcium‐responsive mediator linking biomineralization

A Supramolecular Thermal Switch for Precision Pyroptosis via Host−Guest Recognition and Electrostatic Interactions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A supramolecular pyroptotic thermal switch encapsulates I3− within β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD) and undergoes CaCO3 mineralization. Upon lysosomal acidification, CaCO3 is degraded, releasing Ca2+ and I3−. Concurrently, BODIPY activation converts I3− into I2, inducing oxidative stress and Ca2+ overload, which together trigger caspase‐3/GSDME‐mediated ...

Spatiotemporally Ultrasound‐Controlled Nanoparticles Reprogramming Immunostimulatory Antigen‐Presenting Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts to Enhance Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We developed an ultrasound‐controlled biomimetic nanoplatform, mRNA/V@M NPs, to co‐deliver CD74 mRNA and V‐9302 for fibrotic TNBC therapy. CD74 mRNA reprograms myCAFs into antigen‐presenting apCAF cells through the CD74‐MHC II pathway, while V‐9302 induces ICD and activates MHC I‐CD8+ T cell immunity.

An Aggregation‐Induced Polymerization Poly(Disulfide)‐Drug Nanoplatform for Autoimmune Uveitis Therapy via Inhibiting the cGAS‐STING Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A cationic poly(disulfide)‐drug nanoplatform (LA/DexP) was developed to treat experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU). With potent blood‐retinal barrier penetrability, LA/DexP releases DSP in response to high ROS and scavenges cfDNA to inhibit the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway.

MUNILS: A Time-Synchronized and Traffic-Isolated Multi-UAV Simulation Platform Based on Integrated Physical and Network Simulators

open access: yesDrones
Recent advancements in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) physics simulators, flight control firmware, and network virtualization have been substantial. However, operating these systems independently fails to capture the complex dynamics of real-world multi ...

Miro1 Protects Against Acute Kidney Injury Through Modulating Mitochondrial Homeostasis via Interaction With Sirt6

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Ischemia‐reperfusion reduces Sirt6 activity, thereby increasing Miro1 acetylation. Hyperacetylated Miro1 exhibits perinuclear distribution and degradation, thereby inducing mitochondrial dysfunction and promoting apoptosis in renal tubular epithelial cells. This pathway reveals a mechanistic link between Sirt6‐mediated deacetylation and Miro1 stability

A survey of reinforcement and deep reinforcement learning for coordination in intelligent traffic light control

open access: yesJournal of Big Data
Intelligent traffic signal control is required for a transportation system to function properly. In contrast to existing traffic signals, where rules are typically developed manually, an intelligent traffic signal control system should dynamically adapt ...
