Myceliophthora thermophila laccase covalently immobilized on bismuth silicate (BiSi‐ext) achieved synergistic adsorption–biodegradation of Tectilon Blue 4R‐01 and ibuprofen. The biocatalyst showed enhanced stability, reusability, and rapid pollutant removal via expanded active‐site accessibility, enabling efficient, eco‐friendly wastewater remediation.

Electrochemical Biosensor Based on Hairy Core–Shell Particles: Effect of Core Conductivity
Poly(2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)‐grafted hairy core–shell carriers with immobilized laccase were prepared on cores ranging from insulating SiO2 to highly conductive Ag, CNT, and CB. All systems enabled selective hydroquinone detection, but their LOD varied strongly.

Production of Lipolytic Enzymes by Xylotrophic Basidiomycetes
Twenty strains of basidiomycetes were screened for lipolytic activity. Two strains - Trametes versicolor 1 and Hericium erinaceus 0912 - were able to produce lipolytic enzymes during solid medium and submerged cultivation.
