A Preliminary Study on the Newly Isolated High Laccase-producing Fungi: Screening, Strain Characteristics and Induction of Laccase Production

open access: yesOpen Life Sciences, 2018
A simple separation method was used in this study to directly separate laccase-producing fungi from withered plant materials. A laccase-producing filamentous fungus was isolated and purified. The strain was highly similar to the species in genus Trametes

Covalent Immobilization of Laccase on Mesoporous Bismuth Silicate for High‐Performance Biodegradation of Contaminants

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, Volume 29, Issue 10, 1 April 2026.
Myceliophthora thermophila laccase covalently immobilized on bismuth silicate (BiSi‐ext) achieved synergistic adsorption–biodegradation of Tectilon Blue 4R‐01 and ibuprofen. The biocatalyst showed enhanced stability, reusability, and rapid pollutant removal via expanded active‐site accessibility, enabling efficient, eco‐friendly wastewater remediation.

Electrochemical Biosensor Based on Hairy Core–Shell Particles: Effect of Core Conductivity

open access: yesSmall Science, Volume 6, Issue 4, April 2026.
Poly(2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)‐grafted hairy core–shell carriers with immobilized laccase were prepared on cores ranging from insulating SiO2 to highly conductive Ag, CNT, and CB. All systems enabled selective hydroquinone detection, but their LOD varied strongly.

Production of Lipolytic Enzymes by Xylotrophic Basidiomycetes

open access: yesАнтибиотики и Химиотерапия, 2020
Twenty strains of basidiomycetes were screened for lipolytic activity. Two strains - Trametes versicolor 1 and Hericium erinaceus 0912 - were able to produce lipolytic enzymes during solid medium and submerged cultivation.
