Resistência à biodegradação de compósito de madeira-plástico submetido ao ataque de fungos de podridão-branca e parda: determinação do índice de susceptibilidade de degradação (dsi)

open access: yesFloresta e Ambiente, 2023

Production of laccases A and B by a mutant strain of Trametes versicolor.

open access: yesThe Journal of General and Applied Microbiology, 1986
After induction, the wild type of Trametes versicolor produced two forms of laccase (A and B) in the ratio of 9 to 1. A UV-selected mutant strain of Trametes versicolor isolated on high concentrations of p-xylidine, p-cresol and phenol produced these laccases without induction in the ratio of 4 to 6.

Stereoselective Chemoenzymatic Synthesis Metaraminol Involving Gold‐Catalysed Alkyne Hydration and Carbonyl Biotransamination

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Organic Chemistry, Volume 29, Issue 16, 25 April 2026.
A chemoenzymatic synthesis of (1R,2S)‐metaraminol was developed by combining gold(I)‐catalysed alkyne hydration and stereoselective biotransamination in a sequential one‐pot process. Various phenol protection strategies were considered in oxidation‐reduction sequences, providing access to enantiopure propargylic alcohols as starting materials for ...

Chemo‐Enzymatic Route for Covalent Cellulose Fiber Dyeing

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, Volume 32, Issue 14, 15 April 2026.
This work presents a proof of concept for a chemo‐enzymatic approach to the covalent dyeing of cotton fibers. Laccase/TEMPO oxidation introduces aldehyde groups, enabling subsequent reductive amination with amino dyes. Excellent color homogeneity and wash fastness were demonstrated using acid red 33, highlighting the robustness of the approach and its ...

Seawater influence monitored by NaCl on the growth of Trametes versicolor [PDF]

open access: yesEnvironmental Science and Pollution Research, 2015
There are only a few scientific data about the function of ecosystems after tsunami disasters. The ecosystems help the environment to recover after a disaster, and therefore, the research on its function is important. We estimated the seawater influences on wood degradation after a tsunami disaster by the growth of Trametes versicolor.

ENSAIO ACELERADO DE LABORATÓRIO DE CHAPAS OSB DE SERINGUEIRA SUBMETIDAS AO ATAQUE DE FUNGOS APODRECEDORES

open access: yesCiência Florestal, 2009
This work aimed to evaluate the natural durability of oriented strandboards (OSB) manufactured with strands of Hevea brasiliensis Müll.Arg. bonded with 5% and 8% of urea-formaldehyde (UF) and phenol-formadehyde (FF) resins, exposed to xilophagous fungi ...
