Independent control of transconductance gain andinput linear range in a MOS linear transconductance amplifier

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 1996
A linear self-biasing MOS transconductance amplifier is presented. A linear V-I transfer characteristic is obtained by square-rooting the drain current of a MOS transistor in the saturation region. The main advantage of the circuit is that its transconductance gain and input linear range can be adjusted independently. Simulation results are included to

Topological transconductance quantization in a four-terminal Josephson junction

open access: yes, 2017
Recently we predicted that the Andreev bound-state spectrum of four-terminal Josephson junctions may possess topologically protected zero-energy Weyl singularities, which manifest themselves in a quantized transconductance in units of 4e2/h when two of ...

Transconductance amplifier for optical metrology applications of light-emitting diodes

open access: yes, 2020
Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) have many applications in optical metrology. Depending on the measurement scheme, an LED might be driven for example using constant current, amplitude or pulse-width modulated current, or current pulses. We present the design
