Analysis of VLF Electromagnetic Scattering in Lower Anisotropic Ionosphere Based on Transfer Matrix
Very-low-frequency (VLF) electromagnetic waves (3–30 kHz) are stable and attenuated, suitable for various applications in submarine communication and earthquake prediction.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Transfer Matrix Method to Vibration Analysis of Rotors with Coupler Offsets
In this paper a general transfer matrix method (TMM) for rotors containing global and local coupler offset was derived. Rotor response due to imbalances and offsets are then studied via the developed method.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Controller Parameters Tuning Based on Transfer Matrix Method for Multibody Systems
Transfer matrix method for multibody systems (MS-TMM) is a rife method to multi-rigid-flexible-body systems dynamics model deduction due to that there are no needs to establish the global dynamics equations of the system. Its basic idea is transferring a

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Study of the Resonance in Series Piping Systems with Oscillating Valve
In This search, the phenomena of resonance in series piping systems with oscillating valve have been studied. The one-dimensional flow, unsteady state flow, and partial differential equations have been solved by using transfer matrix method.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Comparison between parallel transfer matrix method and admittance sum method [PDF]
A transfer matrix method to predict absorption coefficient and transmission loss of parallel assemblies of materials which can be expressed by a 2 × 2 transfer matrix was published recently. However, the usual method based on the sum of admittances is largely used to predict also surface admittance of parallel assemblies.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...
