Systematic Benchmarking of a Noise‐Tolerant Conductive Hydrogel Electrode for Epidermal Bioelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
General schematic of the approach. Abstract Conventional Silver/Silver Chloride (Ag/AgCl) electrodes remain the clinical standard for electrophysiological monitoring but are hindered by poor skin conformity, mechanical rigidity, and signal degradation, particularly under motion or sweat.

Crossing the Blood–Brain Barrier with Molecularly Imprinted Polymeric Nanocarriers: An Emerging Frontier in Brain Disease Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Molecularly imprinted polymeric nanocarriers (nanoMIPs) offer robust, antibody‐mimetic platforms to overcome the blood‐brain barrier. The article surveys nanoMIP design and ligand‐directed surface engineering that harness receptor‐mediated transcytosis, and highlights therapeutic and diagnostic applications in neurodegeneration, brain tumors and ...

Constructing Localized Van Der Waals Gaps in Cubic‐Phase GeMnTe2 Thermoelectric Material

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Sb2Te3 alloying generates high‐density localized van der Waals gaps in cubic Ge0.45Mn0.55Te matrix, resulting in electron‐phonon decoupling and improved thermoelectric figure of merit ZT. Abstract Cubic‐phase GeMnTe2 shows high potential to replace state‐of‐the‐art rhombohedral GeTe for medium temperature thermoelectric application owing to its lower ...

Tunneling‐Controlled Fusion of Short‐ and Long‐Term Memory in SiO2/HfO2‐Based Neuromorphic Device for Time‐Series Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Based on trap‐assisted tunneling, the devices can fuse STM/LTM, where the low switching energy of 1 pJ and stable low‐power retention (0.2 % loss ratio and 3.05 × 10−11 W) is achieved. Training in a long short‐term memory network it allows to analysis time‐series data and then makes precise long‐term predictions with an error ratio of 4.465 ...
