From actinic keratosis to cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma: the key pathogenesis and treatments
Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is the second most common non-melanoma skin cancer, among which 82% arise from actinic keratosis (AK) characterized by lesions of epidermal keratinocyte dysplasia.

Clinical significance of stratifying prostate cancer patients through specific circulating genes
We tested a specific panel of genes representative of luminal, neuroendocrine and stem‐like cells in the blood of prostate cancer patients, showing predictive value from diagnosis to late stages of disease. This approach allows monitoring of treatment responses and outcomes at specific time points in trajectories.

Diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndromes: the classic and the novel
The Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are a heterogenous group of clonal bone marrow (BM) stem cell myeloid neoplasms, characterized by bone marrow (BM) dysplasia, macrocytic anemia or cytopenia with a tendency for leukemic transformation.

MET variants in the N‐lobe of the kinase domain, found in hereditary papillary renal cell carcinoma, require ligand stimulation to promote cell transformation, in contrast to other RTK variants. This suggests that HGF expression in the microenvironment is important for tumor growth in such patients. Their sensitivity to MET inhibitors opens the way for

GeNet: A Graph Neural Network-based Anti-noise Task-Oriented Semantic Communication Paradigm [PDF]
Traditional approaches to semantic communication tasks rely on the knowledge of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) to mitigate channel noise. Moreover, these methods necessitate training under specific SNR conditions, entailing considerable time and computational resources.
