Transformation From Geocentric To Geodetic Coordinates Using Newtons Iteration
A new procedure for the transformation from geocentric to geodetic coordinates is introduced and analyzed. This new procedure which contains only one trigonometric function uses the Newton\u27s iteration to solve the root of a non-linear equation ...

New local transformation method: Non-sibsonian transformation
Coordinate transformations refer to mathematical processing that enables overlay of digital maps that use different coordinate reference systems, that is, map projections.

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

Semiclassical S-matrix theory. VI. Integral expression and transformation of conventional coordinates [PDF]
Sometimes, as in reactive systems, action‐angle variables are not conveniently defined at all points of the trajectory and recourse must be made to conventional coordinates.

This study explores the feasibility of expressing the antitumoral protein Amblyomin‐X through a suicide gene therapy approach and investigates its intracellular fate after gene delivery. Although the gene is efficiently expressed, melanoma cells rapidly degrade the Amblyomin‐X protein via proteasome activity.

Transformation Between the Schwarzschild Coordinates and Local Inertial Coordinates
We present a transformation between the Schwarzschild coordinates and local inertial coordinates, and demonstrate the effect of gravitational bending of light near a massive body in a small region.

Spinorial relativistic rotator: the transformation from quasi-newtonian to minkowski coordinates
There exists a remarkably close relationship between the operator algebra of the Dirac equation and the corresponding operators of the spinorial relativistic rotator (an indecomposable object lying on a mass-spin Regge trajectory).

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...

CooT: Learning to Coordinate In-Context with Coordination Transformers
Effective coordination among artificial agents in dynamic and uncertain environments remains a significant challenge in multi-agent systems. Existing approaches, such as self-play and population-based methods, either generalize poorly to unseen partners or require impractically extensive fine-tuning.
