Measure‐valued processes for energy markets
Abstract We introduce a framework that allows to employ (non‐negative) measure‐valued processes for energy market modeling, in particular for electricity and gas futures. Interpreting the process' spatial structure as time to maturity, we show how the Heath–Jarrow–Morton approach can be translated to this framework, thus guaranteeing arbitrage free ...

Context‐free graphs and their transition groups
Abstract Starting from context‐free inverse graphs, we introduce a new class of groups and study their structural properties. We establish closure properties, show that their coword problems are context‐free, analyze torsion elements, and realize them as subgroups of the asynchronous rational group.

Semigroups of transformations restricted by an equivalence
Abstract Suppose σ is an equivalence on a set X and let E(X, σ) denote the semigroup (under composition) of all α: X → X such that σ ⊆ α ∘ α −1. Here we characterise Green’s relations and ideals in E(X, σ). This is analogous to recent work by Sullivan on K(V, W), the semigroup (under composition) of all linear ...

Composition of Fractional Integral and Derivative Operators: Summarised in Tables
ABSTRACT This paper compiles a complete, detailed list of composition properties for Riemann–Liouville fractional differintegrals, in all possible cases for orders anywhere in the complex plane, with the results presented clearly in a table for easy visual consumption.

A nilpotent-generated semigroup associated with a semigroup of full transformations [PDF]
SynopsisLet X be a set with infinite regular cardinality m and let ℱ(X) be the semigroup of all self-maps of X. The semigroup Qm of ‘balanced’ elements of ℱ(X) plays an important role in the study by Howie [3,5,6] of idempotent-generated subsemigroups of ℱ(X), as does the subset Sm of ‘stable’ elements, which is a subsemigroup of Qm if and only if m is

Higher representation stability for ordered configuration spaces
Abstract Using factorization homology with coefficients in twisted commutative algebras (TCAs), we prove two flavors of higher representation stability for the cohomology of (generalized) configuration spaces of a scheme/topological space X$X$. First, we provide an iterative procedure to study higher representation stability using actions coming from ...

Invariant Measure and Universality of the 2D Yang–Mills Langevin Dynamic
ABSTRACT We prove that the Yang–Mills (YM) measure for the trivial principal bundle over the two‐dimensional torus, with any connected, compact structure group, is invariant for the associated renormalised Langevin dynamic. Our argument relies on a combination of regularity structures, lattice gauge‐fixing and Bourgain's method for invariant measures ...

Let X be a nonempty set and TX be the full transformation semigroup on X. For ∅≠Y⊆X, the semigroup of all transformations that leave Y invariant in TX is denoted as SX,Y=f∈TX:fY⊆Y.
