Fast-decoupled transient stability
Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, 1989Presents an improved method for computing transient stability using a fast-decoupled formulation of the transient energy function. The new formulation offers significant savings in computer time as compared to the existing Newton-Raphson formulation.
