A GeTe‐Sb2Te3 composition spread is fabricated using RF magnetron co‐sputtering. Increasing Sb content stabilized the high‐performance cubic GeTe phase. The composition 5Sb3₇Te5₈ exhibited the highest thermoelectric performance, achieving a power factor of ∼1 mW m−1 K−2 and a maximum zT of 0.81 at 300°C.

Fabrication of Composite Cathode for All‐Solid‐State Sodium Batteries
The design of composite cathodes for all‐solid‐state sodium batteries must address three critical challenges—interfacial side reactions, interfacial delamination, and highly tortuous transport pathways. This work outlines structural and interfacial strategies to optimize ion transport and mechanical stability, enabling durable, and high‐performance ...

Molecular Scissors: Oxide insertion slices the layers of MQ2 transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) into one‐dimensional [M3Q6] nanoribbons, giving a new family of A2Hf3Q6O (A = K, Rb, Cs; Q = S, Se) oxychalcogenides. The heteroanion‐driven dimensional reduction yields direct‐gap semiconductors with optical absorption that is tunable across the ...

Apart from (transition) metal (oxo)halides only few hosts stabilize chalcogenide cations in purely oxoanionic coordination environment. Herein, we report on five borosulfates containing the Se42+ ion and characterize the compounds using X‐ray diffraction, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, density functional theory (DFT) calculations along with magnetic
