Intermittency in the Transition to Turbulence for a Shear-Thinning Fluid in Hagen-Poiseuille Flow
Since Reynolds original experiments in 1883, very few studies have been carried out on the transition to turbulence for shear thinning fluid in Hagen-Poiseuille.

Symbolic regression modelling of the linear growth rates of stationary cross-flow instabilities
Accurately predicting the growth rates of stationary cross-flow instabilities is crucial for understanding transition mechanisms in swept-wing configurations, which can significantly impact aerodynamic performance.

The transition to turbulence in parallel flows: transition to turbulence or to regular structures
We propose a scenario for the formation of localized turbulent spots in transition flows, which is known as resulting from the subcritical character of the transition. We show that it is not necessary to add 'by hand" a term of random noise in the equations, in order to describe the existence of long wavelength fluctuations as soon as the bifurcated ...

Flow characteristics and regime transitions in fluidization systems of Group C+ particles
Abstract Fine and ultrafine particles are attractive for fluidized bed reactors because their high surface area benefits catalytic processes, but their cohesive nature complicates regime characterization. Nanoparticle modulation improves the flowability of Group C powders, yet their bubbling to turbulent transition remains unclear.

High‐Speed Altitude Regulation With Neuromorphic Camera and Lightweight Embedded Computation
Neuromorphic cameras deliver rapid, high‐dynamic‐range sensing but overwhelm embedded processors at high speeds. This work presents a lightweight, optimized Lucas–Kanade optical flow method with parallelization, gyroscopic derotation, and adaptive event slicing.

EMG‐Driven Telemetry and Inference System for Fish: Pose Reconstruction and Flow Sensing
This work introduces an electromyography (EMG)‐driven telemetry framework that reconstructs body pose and infers hydrodynamic conditions in freely swimming fish. A custom 16‐channel archival system records intramuscular EMG, enabling deep‐learning models to decode joint kinematics, classify flow regimes, and reveal channel‐efficient sensing strategies.
