A case of ipsilateral pelvic transitional cell carcinoma and renal cell carcinoma [PDF]
A case of ipsilateral pelvic transitional cell carcinoma and renal cell carcinoma (RCC), in an 82-year-old male is presented. We diagnosed this case as pelvic tumor preoperatively with retrograde pyelography and computed tomography.

Bone cancer pain and depression share a common origin: astrocytic A2‐to‐A1 transition in the posterior piriform cortex. This phenotypic shift disrupts the ATP–adenosine–A2AR–norepinephrine axis, simultaneously driving nociceptive and affective dysfunction.

We report the development of biotinylated PEGylated bilirubin‐coated perfluoropentane (bt‐PEG‐BR@PFP) nanobubbles, a novel class of ROS‐activatable and dual‐modality contrast agents that amplify both ultrasound (US) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) signals in response to elevated ROS.

A case of synchronous ipsilateral renal cell carcinoma and ureteral transitional cell carcinoma [PDF]
A 62-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of right flank pain. Abdominal computed tomographic scan revealed a right hydronephrosis and intrapelvic tumor. Ultrasound revealed a renal mass lesion.

NET‐DNA is enriched during early endometriotic lesion establishment and drives anoikis resistance by promoting an ANXA2–TMEM215–BiP axis. This pathway strengthens ER–mitochondria contacts, enhances PINK1/Parkin‐associated mitophagy, preserves mitochondrial homeostasis, and supports ectopic stromal cell survival, thereby facilitating lesion persistence ...

GLS1 Orchestrates Exosome‐Mediated Tumor‐Endothelial Communication to Facilitate Angiogenesis
This study reveals a previously unappreciated, non‐metabolic function of GLS1 in the control of tumor angiogenesis via exosome‐mediated CAV1‐TNC signaling, indicating that therapeutic targeting of GLS1 may offer a dual benefit by simultaneously suppressing tumor metabolic activity and angiogenic processes in head and neck cancer. ABSTRACT Glutaminase 1

A self‐supervised multi‐view graph fusion framework integrates spatial multi‐omics, excelling in domain identification and denoising. It reconstructs spatial pseudo‐expression, jointly analyzes multi‐omics data, infers RNA velocity, predicts spatial omics features from single‐cell multi‐omics, and detects spatially dark genes and transcription factors,
