A wideband bandstop filter with two independently controllable equal‐ripple levels
In this letter, a novel wideband bandstop filter with controllable equal‐ripple response is newly presented. The proposed topology consists of two cascaded transmission lines and three open‐circuited stubs, where, one two‐section OS is shunted between ...

A Way to Design the Miniaturized Dual-Stopbands FSS Based on the Topology Structure
The miniaturized frequency selective surface (FSS) obtained by connecting a number of limbs with two flexible adjustable transmission zeros is proposed in this paper. The proposed FSS has two transmission zeros on both sides of the passband.

System Transmission Zeros: A Geometric Analysis [PDF]
The open-loop transmission zeros of a linear multi-variable system are defined geometrically in terms of state space properties of ( A,B,C). a canonical form is derived which illustrates the physical source of zeros in terms of state feedback and system observability.

Calculation of transmission zeros using QZ techniques [PDF]
The computation of various "system zeros" is investigated through application of QZ-type algorithms for the nonsymmetric generalized eigenvalue problem. Such algorithms use unitary similarities to efficiently reduce the problem to one where the zeros may be determined in a useful, accurate, and dependable manner.
