Transnational Criminal Law ReviewThe enforcement of transnational criminal law is left almost exclusively to national authorities. Public prosecutors and investigating judges play a key role in this field. This generates a seemingly dichotomous situation in which national bodies are faced with crime that is inherently transnational of nature.

Do More Open Economies Export Less Diversely in Brazilian Agribusiness?
Agribusiness, EarlyView.ABSTRACT This paper asks whether municipalities with a larger export‐to‐revenue ratio display a more concentrated bundle of exported goods in Brazilian agribusiness. Recent advances in export imputation for Brazilian municipalities allow for an analysis of the concentration profile of each municipality and its association with export openness.

AI &Innovation, EarlyView.This paper shows that strategic AI evaluated on perfect‐information benchmarks can be brittle in real adversarial settings. By using invisible chess as a benchmark for hidden state and deception, it argues for stricter testing, human oversight, and more cautious governance of high‐stakes AI systems.
