A Virtual Clinical Trial of Psychedelics to Treat Patients With Disorders of Consciousness

Disorders of consciousness after severe brain injury are marked by reduced complexity of brain activity and limited treatment options. FSTL1 Orchestrates Metabolic‐Epigenetic Crosstalk: Glycolysis‐Dependent H3K18 Lactylation Drives Cartilage Fibrosis in Osteoarthritis

FSTL1 promotes glycolysis during chondrocyte fibrosis by triggering the HIF‐1 signaling pathway, which causes lactate to accumulate. The buildup of lactate leads to changes in histone lysine lactylation, which in turn enhances the expression of genes associated with fibrosis.
