Calcium triggers cysteine‐switch activation and hierarchical assembly into pentamers, bipentamers, tripentamers, and a ≈5.6‐MDa, ≈355‐Å dodecahedron. Advanced Science, EarlyView.Engineered Escherichia coli Nissle 1917 with a tannic acid‐mediated BPA coating enables tumor‐targeted boron delivery for BNCT. The low‐level incidental radiation generated during BNCT activate a RecA‐driven circuit to induce CXCL10, while radiation‐enhanced bacterial colonization triggers in situ vaccination and systemic antitumor immunity.
