This paper proposes a novel control framework to ensure safety of a robotic swarm. A feedback optimization controller is capable of driving the swarm toward a target density while keeping risk‐zone exposure below a safety threshold. Theory and experiments show how safety is more effectively achieved for sparsely connected swarms.

MusicSwarm: Biologically Inspired Intelligence for Music Composition
Biologically inspired swarms of frozen foundation models self‐organize to compose complex music without fine‐tuning. By coordinating through stigmergic signals, decentralized agents dynamically evolve specialized roles and adapt to solve complex tasks.

Some dynamical behaviors of fractional-order commutative quaternion-valued neural networks (FCQVNNs) are studied in this paper. First, because the commutative quaternion does not satisfy Schwartz triangle inequality, the FCQVNNs are divided into four ...

Geometric Ruzsa triangle inequality in metric spaces with dilations [PDF]
The Appendix of the article arXiv:1212.5056 [math.CO] "On growth in an abstract plane" by Nick Gill, H. A. Helfgott, Misha Rudnev, contains a general "geometric Ruzsa triangle inequality" in a Desarguesian projective plane. The purpose of this note is to

Border harm and affective injustice: The politics of anger at the Melilla border, Spain
Abstract This article examines protests in a detention center in Melilla, Spain—a site where structural violence intersects with the everyday harms of confinement. Adopting a justice and dignity‐centered perspective, we analyze grassroots forms of resistance emerging at the border. The study focuses on the protests of Tunisian migrants and explores the

Notes and counterexamples on positive (semi) definite properties of some matrix products
In the present paper, we give some notes and counterexamples to show that the positive (semi) definite property of the Khatri-Rao and Tracy-Singh products of partitioned matrices are in general incorrect and show also that the matrix triangle inequality ...
