Nanoengineered Binetworks in Multifunctional Anionic Block Polymer Mesoblends for Improved Mechanical Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Mesoblends consist of a nanostructured polymer into which a second polymer is imbibed with a selective solvent. In this work, a solvent‐templatable pentablock terpolymer possessing a sulfonated midblock is modified with a hydrophilic polymer that is photocrosslinked in situ, yielding a hierarchical binetwork.

Generalizing Semi-n-Potent Rings

open access: yesҚарағанды университетінің хабаршысы. Математика сериясы
The present article deals with the problem of characterizing a widely large class of associative and possibly non-commutative rings. So, we define and explore the class of rings R for which each element in R is a sum of a tripotent element from R and an

Jordan homomorphisms of upper triangular matrix rings

open access: yesLinear Algebra and its Applications, 2013
Let \(T_n(R)\) denote the ring of all upper triangular matrices over a ring \(R\). The main result of the paper states that a Jordan homomorphism \(\varphi\) from \(T_n(R)\) onto \(T_{n'}(R)\), where \(n,n'\geq 2\), is either a homomorphism or an antihomomorphism provided that \(R\) is a unital ring without nontrivial idempotents and \(\varphi(R\cdot 1)

Ultrasmall High‐Entropy Materials: Nanoscale Effects, Synthesis, and Mechanistic Insights

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review article focuses on sub‐10 nm high‐entropy materials that combine nanoscale design with complex compositions for next‐generation applications. ABSTRACT Ultrasmall high‐entropy nanomaterials (USHENMs, <10 nm) merge multicomponent chemistry with size‐dependent effects, forming a distinct class of materials with unprecedented properties.

CHARACTERIZATIONS OF EXTENDING AND G-EXTENDING GENERALIZED TRIANGULAR MATRIX RINGS

open access: yes, 2012
A module M is said to be extending (G-extending) if for each submodule X of M there exists a direct summand D of M such that X is essential in D (X boolean AND D is essential in both X and D).

Coaxially Electrospun Myocardial dECM‐ Based Nanofibrous Scaffolds Demonstrate Enhanced Cardiomyocyte Biocompatibility

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Our coaxial electrospinning system is capable of incorporating decellularized myocardial extracellular matrix in a core‐sheath configuration, creating nanofibrous scaffolds. These scaffolds, in turn, support the maintenance of functional cardiomyocytes adhered to the surface of these bioactive scaffolds.

Jordan left derivations in infinite matrix rings

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica
Let RR be a unital associative ring. Our motivation is to prove that left derivations in column finite matrix rings over RR are equal to zero and demonstrate that a left derivation d:T→Td:{\mathcal{T}}\to {\mathcal{T}} in the infinite upper triangular ...

An Idempotent-Based Generalization of Semicommutative Rings

open access: yesMathematics
We introduce and study several new classes of rings defined by idempotent conditions. A ring R is called i-semicommutative if (1−ab)aRb(1−ab)=0 whenever ab is a nonzero idempotent. This property lies strictly between semicommutativity and i-reversibility

Reorientable fluorinated aryl rings in triangular channel Fe-MOFs: an investigation on CO2-matrix interactions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
The realization of tunable and functionalized MOFs is a winning strategy for CO2capture. Here we report on a series of robust Fe-MOFs with triangular channels constructed by rod-like fluorinated pyrazolate ligands, comprising an increasing number of ...

A Data Driven Review of In Vitro Electrical and Mechanical Stimulation for Post‐Acute Phase Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This review examines how in vitro electrical and mechanical stimulation modulates wound healing in fibroblasts and keratinocytes. Analyzing over 560 experimental data points, we relate stimulation parameters to proliferation and migration outcomes, evaluate platform designs, and highlight the need for multi‐parameter optimization to advance targeted ...
